Scope of Work<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a member of the committee, you have the opportunity to influence national, European, and international standardisation deliverables in the fields of electrical installations, including safety, operation, and coordination of systems across industrial, commercial, and special environments. The committee also addresses installations in specific contexts such as ships, offshore units, and aerodromes, and contributes to the standardisation of insulation coordination, short-circuit calculations, and the erection and testing of electrical systems.<\/p>\n

The scope includes the development of standards and other standardisation deliverables for the design, installation, and safe operation of electrical systems, including high-voltage power installations, protection against electric shock, and industrial electroheating applications. It also covers specialized installation practices for aerodromes, maritime environments, and electromagnetic processing, ensuring reliability and safety across all relevant sectors.<\/p>\n

As a committee member, you will have the opportunity to participate in international and\/or European work. CYS\/MC 4.04 monitors and contributes to the work of the following European and international technical committees:<\/p>\n
