European Technical Committees (Household Goods & Home Appliances)

The European Technical Committees which deals with the sector of Household Goods and Appliances and functioning under CEN are involved in the following subjects:

 

  • CEN/ TC 212 – Fireworks
  • CEN/ TC 222 – Feather and Down as Filling Material for any Article, as well as Finished Articles Filled with Feather and Down
  • CEN/ TC 248 – Textiles and Textile Products
  • CEN/ TC 263 – Secure Storage of Cash, Valuables and Data Media
  • CEN/ TC 281 – Appliances, Solid Fuels and Firelighters for Barbecuing
  • CEN/ TC 291 – Self service Shopping Trolleys
  • CEN/ TC 309 – Footwear

A representative of the government and Cypriot Industry may join these technical committees as observer or participant for the best interest of the Cypriot Economy and Industry.
