Scope of Work
As a member of the committee, you have the opportunity to influence national, European, and international standardisation deliverables in the fields of thermal performance & thermal insulating materials.
The scope includes the development of standards and other standardisation deliverables for thermal insulating materials and products for application in buildings. It also covers the field of energy performance of buildings, including particularly energy transfer through building components and thermal insulation of installed equipment in buildings.
As a committee member, you will have the opportunity to participate in international and/or European work CYS MC 5.07 monitors and contributes to the work of the following European and international technical committees:
European Technical Committees
- CEN/TC 88 – Τhermal Insulating materials and products
- CEN/TC 89 – Thermal performance of buildings and building components.
